This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Designed for full sun and dense shade, and has medium drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 Deg. F and 75 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 65 Deg. F and 85 Deg. F. Manufacturer recommends using a spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label).
