Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Heat-Tolerant Blue Mix for Tall Fescue Lawns resists extreme heat. This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 Deg. F and 75 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 65 Deg. F and 85 Deg. F. Manufacturer recommends using a spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 In. tall.
